Our Personal Trainers will help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you're looking to build muscle, improve flexibility, or increase your stamina, we have the expertise you need.

No matter your goal, we have a trainer who can create a customised program to help you succeed.

Personal Trainer Levels are based on qualifications.


 

  • Level 3: Fully Qualified Personal Trainer (PT).
     

  • Level 3+: Fully Qualified PT with Exercise Referral (Exercising with Health Conditions).
     

  • Level 4: Fully Qualified PT with Exercise Referral (Exercising with Health Conditions) + at least x1 Level 4 Specialist Qualification.
     

  • Level 4+: Fully Qualified PT with Exercise Referral (Exercising with Health Conditions) + at least x2 Level 4 Specialist Qualifications (or a Degree in a relevant field).

 

​Level 4 Specialist Qualifications May Include:​ Cardiac Rehabilitation/ Pulmonary Rehabilitation/ Cancer and Exercise Rehabilitation/ Obesity and Diabetes/ Strength and Conditioning/ Chronic Lower Back Pain/ Mental Health/ Degree in a relevant field.

Jose: 

My name is Jose Vitoriano, and I have over 20 years of experience in health and fitness. I began my personal training career in Portugal, where I first qualified. In 2000, my family and I moved to the UK, where I continued my education.

 

I have competed as an amateur bodybuilder for over 10 years, and during this time, I have trained, monitored, and managed clients from diverse backgrounds. I specialise in weight loss, toning, eercise prescription for chronic diseases, pre/post-pregnancy support, and bodybuilding competition preparation. My approach is simple and efficient, focusing on nutrition planning and training.

 

My philosophy: EAT SMART and TRAIN HARD for results.

Warren: 

I’ve always been passionate about fitness and well-being. My journey began after a 30-year career in the Fire Service when I joined this gym as an Activity on Referral client following a serious illness. Over the past decade, I formalised my passion through various qualifications, starting with a Gym Instructor certification, then earning Level 3 diplomas in Personal Training, Activity on Referral, and Mat Pilates. To further support diverse clients, I pursued advanced diplomas in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Lower Back Pain Management, Weight Management, and Nutritional Therapy. I also completed training in falls prevention (OTAGO) and an Award in Education Training (AET) diploma. Currently, I’m pursuing a Level 4 diploma in Therapeutic Pilates. I look forward to supporting your journey to self-improvement and well-being.


 

Jana:

I have always had a passion for sport and fitness, believing it strengthens both body and mind. With extensive experience in devising exercise plans for effective weight loss and toning, I am dedicated to helping others feel healthy, strong and happy. I am positive, friendly, and hard-working, always smiling and ready to support clients. I understand every client is unique, so I tailor each session to their needs, providing positive, energetic, and fast-paced workouts. Together, we push through barriers and achieve results. Tatjana:

My fitness journey began in 2008 at Riga's Stradins University, where I pursued a degree in Fitness Training. My passion for physical activity and wellbeing led me to explore anatomy, biology, and diverse fitness roles, from weightlifting to Body Balance instruction. I furthered my knowledge through various courses, including a Specialist Cardiac Exercise Instructor course, emphasising the importance of mindset in achieving goals. As a personal trainer and wellbeing specialist, I take a holistic approach, focusing on mindset, nutrition, and tailored training programs. My mission is to help clients achieve sustainable results in fat loss, muscle gain, strength training, and rehabilitation.

Charlie:

As a certified personal trainer with over eight years of experience, my goal is to provide effective, tailored workouts. My extensive qualifications, including Activity on Referral and Cardiac Rehabilitation, enable me to train clients with additional requirements safely and effectively. Specialising in strength training, muscle building, and fat loss. I am committed to helping clients achieve their best selves through personalised guidance and steadfast support. By fostering positive and sustainable lifestyle changes, I aim to make training accessible, engaging, and results-driven for all!

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I am a dedicated Personal Trainer specialising in strength training, weight loss, and functional fitness. I will create a program tailored to your individual needs, ensuring safe and effective progress. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, my motivational approach and expert guidance will help you unlock your full potential. Let's work together to transform your body and enhance your quality of life!

Natalie:
Personal Training is more than a passion for me; it's a way of life. My fitness journey began six years ago as a hobby and quickly became a professional calling. Transitioning from a Science Technician to a Personal Trainer in a year, I've never looked back. I hold certifications as a Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Aqua Level 3, Activity on Referral Instructor, Aerobic and Group Exercise Instructor. I specialise in dynamic studio sessions and aqua aerobics, creating personalised programs for all fitness levels. Let's embark on this fitness journey together and achieve your health and wellness goals!

Libby:

I have two years of experience as a Group Exercise Instructor, teaching various classes for all abilities and goals. In addition to group classes, I support clients in the gym with weight loss, muscle building, strength improvement, and overall health and wellbeing. My aim is to make fitness fun and rewarding. I will work closely with you to ensure you feel safe and confident in your exercise routines, whether in the gym or classes.

 

 

 

Paulina: 

I have always been passionate about sport and exercise, with a love for boxing, swimming, HIIT, and home workouts. My fitness journey began at 15 when I lost 4 stone, which ignited my love for working out. After the birth of my first son, I was able to lose two stone. I pursued qualifications in sport and exercise, and worked at Corby Pool for over six years. After recently returning from maternity leave with my second son, I’ve managed to go from a size 16 to a size 10 through my own knowledge of diet and exercise. I’m excited to help others with weight loss, toning, and flexibility. I believe that fitness is key to mental well-being. I’m here to support any fitness goals and questions you may have.

Charlotte:
I began my fitness journey in 2017 while trying to gain weight in college. Starting as a passionate volleyball player and coach, I led our local volleyball team to place sixth at Nationals in 2023. To further my knowledge, I earned my Fitness Instructor qualification. With over seven years of experience, I now help others achieve their fitness goals. Whether it's weight gain, weight loss, strength training, or overall health improvement. Understanding the challenges of starting out, I aim to support and guide clients in building confidence. I also offer sport-specific sessions to enhance athletic skills and competitive edge.​​​​​​
